Payment & Confirmation
Registrations are billed and charged by CALSIPP (address: 25131 Narbonne Ave, PO Box #2072, Lomita, CA 90717-8777, United States). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Meeting Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Meeting Secretariat via email at golob@congressline.hu.
Payments sent after February 18, 2025, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards. A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed.
Cancellations

100% refund of the registration fee (minus the $25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 1/27/2025.

No refund of registration fees in case of cancellation is received after 1/27/2025.
All cancellations should be emailed to the Meeting Secretariat (golob@congressline.hu).
Hotel booking
The terms and conditions and cancellation policy for a hotel reservation will be clearly stated on the hotel’s booking site.
